Who is Eligible for WIC?

WIC Benefits for any eligible family members are issued to a WIC Card (much like a debit or gift card), and that card is used at the grocery store to purchase your WIC allowed foods.  WIC is easier to use than ever before!

You may also apply for WIC online here.  Once you have applied online, a WIC staff member will reach out to you to schedule an appointment. 

Due to the ongoing public health emergency and COVID-19 pandemic, WIC Clinics are currently being held via telephone appointments, with in-person appointments resuming in August.  WIC staff are in our office locations. 

 

WIC Clinic Locations

Clearwater County Clinics are held the 2nd Friday and 4th Thursday (am) of each month at CCNS in Bagley and the 4th Thursday (p.m) of each month at the Clearbrook-Gonvick School.

Lake of the Woods County Clinics are held the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at CHI Lakewood in Baudette.

Hubbard County Clinics are held Monday-Thursday (except the 2nd and 4th Tuesday and the 1st and 4th Thursday of the month) at the CHI-St. Joseph's Community Health office in Park Rapids and on the 1st Thursday of the month in Laporte.

 

It is as simple as calling Public Health to ask about WIC eligibility and to schedule an appointment.
