Emergencies can happen at any time and it is important that we are prepared as individuals and as a community.  Emergencies can range from natural disasters like severe weather or infectious diseases like COVID-19; to severe weather, wild fires or biological, chemical or radiological events.

North Country Community Health Services and each Local Public Health agency plan and prepare for all types of emergencies in our communities in partnership with local government, county emergency management, local healthcare providers, schools, businesses and community members.

Individual Preparedness is a part of community preparedness.  For more information on how you can prepare yourself and your family go to https://www.ready.gov/plan
